    Default Forks of the river

Went up to the forks today and the white bass are so thick there it is ridiculous. Brought my 7 wt with me today and got some white with it also and this monster largemouth

The fish were hitting grubs on jig heads much better than a wooly bugger but I force fed some of the whites an olive bugger

I didn't go last weekend but plan on going back this Saturday. I have been enjoying the skipjack a lot! Caught some nice sized WB also. lots of boats at the forks on the weekends.

Was that 7wt enough rod for that monster largemouth?
My posts are worthless without pictures

It was an intense struggle, nearly pulled me off the deck of the boat

Cute little bass.In today's bass fishing culture it's bound to be worth a dollar or two.
