    Default Gentlemen, Start your engines!

    We are so close to great Spring fly fishing in the Smoky's. Got out for about 1-1/2 hours this evening. Very few bugs but did see a few blue quills. Brought three brown trout to hand all on dry fly's. Two of the fish were 10".
    I think we are only a day or two away from great fishing.
    Sorry no pics. I usually don't take pictures when I am by myself, to much hassle.

    that's a great start to a new season. we are really getting into our spring bass and white bass season. I had a friend out sunday afternoon and caught 2 bass 1 was 5 and the other a 4lb.

    Talking It's Happening

    Eleven to hand today about half on a dry the other on a dropper bead head pheasant tail.
    Bugs on the water sporadically but still didn't see many rises to them.

    Plenty of people fishing.

    Oh Yeah, one of the fish on the dry was a 13" brown.
