OUR MISSION, is to heal those affected by the tragic events that surround them. While also paying homage to the heroes that put their lives on hold during those trying times. We do this through the fellowship that is fly fishing. We all come from different backgrounds, however in this we have been united in one purpose. To help people endure great struggles and be reborn in the water.

In the events of November 28th 2016, there was a lot of confusion and chaos. Due to the fact that Sevier County has never seen destruction like that day and the days to follow. Many people were affected by the events that surrounded the wild fires. From those that lost their homes to the people that lost their businesses. However, because of the brave men and women of the National Guard, First Responders, as well as local and non local volunteers, the rebirth of the Smoky Mountains has begun.

Project Smoky Mountain Rebirth is a startup organization founded by Chris Turner and Chad Fouts. These two altruistic young men have came together with one common goal, to help those that have been effected by these tragic events to over come great sorrow and pain, through the therapy of fly fishing. These four events; Project: The Guys and Gals in Green, Project: Those Who Play with Fire, Project: Our Rivers Run Strong, and Project: Catch Them All, will each give the participant the chance to experience what it is to spend a day on the water with a seasoned fly fishing guide. As well as allow those who haven't ever had the opportunity to experience fly fishing, a chance to find a new passion and outlet for those days that bring us to the brink.

So please, follow the links to all of our social media outlets below for more information. In addition, if you would like to participate, attend, or volunteer your time, please fill out the associated RSVP form below, so we know you are coming. We look forward to seeing everyone there and saying thank you to all those this event honors.

Be safe, Be easy, and See ya on the water....
