    no matter where I have fished in the Park or for that matter any tailwaters.....I have never had a bad day throwing mini sculpins....they cast well on trout rods, ride hook up, and get down.

    You always want to match streamer patterns to the preferred forage of your target species. If you are chasing brown trout on Little River, think about imitating small trout, but especially sculpins (that pattern from Brandon up above is great!) and crawdads. I like to fish both sculpin and crawdad imitations and both catch fish under the right circumstances.
