Haha. No secrets to be holding on to right now. Our mighty clinch is in rough shape as far as bugs. I haven't fished the upper end so I cannot speak of that, but the middle section is basically all midges and sowbugs. Terrible sulphur year unfortunately

    Plenty of small fish

Thanks for the report. Do you think the small fish are from over-stocking for free fishing day (two weekends ago), or were you catching them prior to that? My work schedule and the few times its been fishable haven't coincided much this year, so I haven't been but a few times.
My posts are worthless without pictures

The river is pretty much saturated with small fish and has been all year. Truthfully it's lucky for us they haven't wasted tons of our money on thousands of those fineness 13" hatchery pets. I personally haven't caught many fresh fish of that sort. I have caught some clipped fish that survived and they have decent health to them.

But I think it's a numbers game at this point. 15 small fish to 1 quality fish sometimes lol who knows.
