    Default You guys that fish with the pink weenie worms...

    How do you fish those, below an indicator/big fly? How far down? Do you weight the weenie?

    I fish it like I do everything else, below a big nymph and along the bottom. But usually not until summer.

    Yes.

    Actually, you can tear some specks up on one in the winter and early spring. The best time to fish them is when the water is slightly stained.

    There is no one way to fish them. I just try to avoid being seen by anybody else while I'm fishing one. And yes, I tie them with a tungsten head and lead wire wraps under the fuzzy pink goodness.
    Specks: the other pink meat.
