My wife was channel surfing and found the National Geographic channel had a series on the national parks. The show on the park was from 11-noon. She was amazed at the diversity of wildlife and flora found in the park. It's the most bio-diverse park or area in the US. It's the salamander capital of the world. Bears eat salamanders but learned to avoid those that are toxic. The show started with spring and ended with the end of fall and the beginning of winter.
We are all aware of the beauty that the park provides to all who stop to see what is there.
