    Question Backcountry waders?

I’m thinking about asking Santa for some “hippies” from LRO for Christmas. What waders do you guys use for the backcountry? I’m thinking they’ll be a lot lighter than my chest waders. Also how do you guys pack them in and out? Do you just stuff them in your backpack? Tie them on the outside? Or what? I like the idea of them being outside the pack so they can hopefully drip dry or at least drier on the way out but I don’t know. What do you guys think or do?

    thanks in advance,
    hNt

Depends on how far in the backcountry. I would wear them rather than carry them. I don't go far off the beaten path these days. Summer, I wade wet.
