OK, where? Love to catch carp on the fly rod. Thanks. Anyone want to share some time on the water? I don't have a boat but will help with boat expenses. I live in Cleveland, TN, BTW. No cicada action here yet.

Douglas Lake- Ft.Loudon. No help on the boat.
Sounds like a guide may be your answer.

It’s basically over, bugs are gone pretty much everywhere. Still might find a fish or two up but that’s fading fast as well.

just like the previous 7 broods I’ve had the pleasure to fish this one was nothing short of epic.

Sounds to me like you need to get away from Cleveland knothead! There are areas without the cicadas and it sounds like Cleveland is one of them. I camped in south Alabama for a week in late may and didnít see a single one. I was raking them off my driveway in Knoxville before I left out for that trip

Just have to miss the hatch. Have local places to catch carp on the skinny stick. Thursday or Friday is looking good. Looking to take the grandson to the Tellico area next week if he doesn't have baseball practice.
Question- any fishing the GSMNP lately? Still having to fight the crowds?

Plenty of regular crowds but nothing relentless. I fished 45 minutes roadside last weekend and missed 4

Thanks. Saw pictures of the mess last year. People ignoring No Parking signs, parking anywhere, trash, etc.
