We had a big crowd at the shop yesterday. Walter Babb and Brian Courtney were conducting fly tying demonstrations. Also, members of the Clinch River Chapter of Trout Unlimited were using our classroom to assemble fly tying kits for their upcoming fly tying class.
Their classes will be held on Saturdays from 9 am until noon starting on January 18th and lasting 6 days. You can read more about these classes by CLICKING HERE.
We are holding fly tying classes at our school on Saturdays and one on a Sunday through March. You can read more about those classes by CLICKING HERE.
We have a warming trend in the forecast beginning Thursday and lasting through the weekend. Fishing will certainly improve, unless we get too much rain Friday and Saturday. The warming trend is predicted to last through at least January 19th. This may be an opportunity for many of us. I hope so.
Have a great day and thank you for being here with us.
